We have 17 years of experience as a firm and are made up of an interdisciplinary team specializing in information gathering and analysis, cyber intelligence, crisis management, political analysis, and strategic communication.
The Plan B team is led by Dr. Andrés Antonius. Dr. Antonius has held various positions in the Mexican government, as well as in the private sector and academia. He was Global President of Research and Business Intelligence at Kroll, the world’s leading risk management company, where he was in charge of sensitive investigations, crisis management, and security-related matters. As Undersecretary of Energy, Dr. Antonius was involved in highly complex international negotiations with Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, and other OPEC nations. Previously, at the Ministry of Agriculture, he participated in NAFTA negotiations and ejido reform. Dr. Antonius has been Director of Strategic Planning and has taught courses in economic theory, game theory, and strategy at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). At the Universidad Iberoamericana, he taught the course Crisis Management and Political Decision-Making in the Political Science and Public Administration program. He earned his bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in economics from Harvard University.
